Save your time and money and stop spending unnecessarily on the latest and greatest diet book or supplement. Nothing works…..UNLESS you eat clean and workout regularly. In a nutshell that’s it!
What do I mean by eating clean? Eat small nutritious meals throughout the day, consisting of good carbs, healthy protein, fruits, vegetable and by drinking plenty of water. If you get the diet part right, the weight will start dropping off immediately. To fit in 5-7 small meals a day is very challenging. This is where you can supplement your food intake.

Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Water helps your body function in many ways and it also speeds up the metabolism. By having a faster metabolism you will essentially burn more body fat.
Supplements that contain green tea and caffeine will help promote fat loss. Pre-workout supplements are an excellent way to get the body geared for intense exercise. For males, one thing you will quickly realize in your quest to lose love handles is that it will most probably be the last area where the fat will shift. Can it ever happen? Of course it can, it just depends on how disciplined you are and how much you need to lose fat around your waistline and overall body.
